• Fleet:
  • opvolgen van de schadegevallen bij einde leasecontract
  • voorbereiden van algemene statistieken (vb: schadegevallen)
  • opvolgen dossierbeheer voor de bestelling van bedrijfswagens
  • beheren tankkaarten (aanvraag vervangingen)
  • beheren toegangen parking (interne medewerkers en aanvragen token)
• Facilities:
  • beheren en opvolgen van alle problemen gerelateerd aan het gebouw (melding in tool) en bureaumateriaal, staat in voor het doorgeven van deze problemen aan de juiste instanties/personen en de opvolging van de oplossing ervan
  • beheren en aanvragen van badges voor de toegang tot het gebouw
  • beheren van vergaderzalen en aanvulling van didactisch materiaal (flipcharts, whiteboard markers,…)
  • verzorgen de logistieke rondbedeling (bv. post…)
  • beheren het bureaumateriaal binnen Ypto en plaatst hiervoor de nodige bestellingen
  • verzorgen de aanvragen voor catering voor diverse afdelingen

Interviews and questionnaire

If the outcome of this screening is positive, you are invited to a (video) interview with your direct supervisor and your HR Business Partner. During these interviews, we discuss your motivation, knowledge, experience and skills as well as the content of the job. We also talk about the online questionnaire you filled in prior to the interview.

Reference analysis

Finally, we contact the references you will have provided. This way, we can make you out better.
