The Role:

My Client is a global company who are now looking to expand the Technical team with a Software Support Engineer (Contract Basis).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide High-Level support, maintenance, and improve company applications and software
  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and management of Software projects
  • Assisting in the rebuilding and migration of Applications
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Manage 3rd Party and Vendor relationships
  • The goal is to support existing teams with migration planning and execution
  • Cross-work with PMs, the network team, and Senior Stakeholders

Key Requirments:

  • Windows Server Experience (2012+)
  • Systems Administration
  • Networking Experience (DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP)
  • Infrastructure Maintenance
  • Application Support and Rollouts
