Quality Control Supervisor/Co Ordinator

We are currently working on behalf of a true market leader within the manufacturing and research space with high ambitions to take their business forward in regards to efficiency / quality and customer service. There facility in Whitney, Oxfordshire is looking continue with their successful expansion that they have seen in the past years by adding a Quality Control Coordinator to their team.


The role is brand new to the business and will be heading up the implementation of a new quality control process to help with the businesses high client satisfaction standards and to help the business continue to have industry leading accreditations.





Roles and Responsibilities of a Quality Control Coordinator:






Develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting documentation.
Prepare and present Quality management reviews and implement corrective actions.
Work with external certification bodies on annual quality audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.




Skills required to be successful in this Quality Control Coordinator Role:






Experience implementing quality control processes and culture within a manufacturing environment.
Proven project management experience.
The package for this Quality Control Coordinator role includes:



~ Bonus Scheme.
~ Working week of Monday - Friday (Early finish on Friday)
~23 days Annual Leave increasing to 28 days.
~ Company Pension Scheme
