Head of Facilities & Maintenance
This is a full-time, permanent position and commands a salary of between £54,000 and £70,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Benefits to include a whopping 38 days annual leave per annum hybrid working options

The areas covered by this post in respect of PPM and reactive maintenance activity will be mechanical, electrical, building fabric, landscape and grounds. You will provide direction in order to deliver cost effective maintenance and will be expected to engage with many stakeholders, control budgets, and provide people management through defined processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent all-round experience of building services on a large, complex estate and used to dealing with multi-trade people in a maintenance environment. It is imperative you have a degree/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
Demonstrable ability in the use of databases and Microsoft Office products.
Experience and competency of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software packages.
Relevant technical knowledge of building services, grounds and facilities management, their technologies, and their impact on the work environment in a complex technical environment.
