CAD-IT are a global dynamic software sales and consulting company focusing primarily on Industry 4.0 within the service and manufacturing areas. This includes solutions for SLM (Service Lifecycle Management), Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) and Augmented Reality. In addition CAD-IT provides Business Strategy consultancy and engineering support for Service, outsourced technical publications and digital transformation to industries globally.

The Senior Teamcenter Consultant will join our global Professional Services Team providing cutting edge expertise in Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), working across a wide variety of industrial sectors including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Rail and Heavy Industry.

We will train the successful candidate to be a subject matter expert for SLM in Teamcenter, however experience of using Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM tools, from administration, configuration, development and upgrades prospective is needed. You must be a competent industry professional, able to support our global customers by delivering a variety of services.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the project team during requirement capturing, and delivering cost effective, supportable technical application solutions that meet the business’s needs.
  • Configuring the applications based on requirements and designs captured by the solution architects.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter interface
  • Working knowledge of PLM implementations
  • Experience in configuring Teamcenter
  • Experience of Information Systems and Server/Client Infrastructure
  • Test automation coding and setup
  • Teamcenter customisation
  • Experience of supporting software implementations and upgrades
  • Full driving license
  • Good Windows server/client skills
  • DBA experience
  • Leadership experience or qualities, with the ability to assist in mentoring junior staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Not afraid to suggest new methods and processes where identified and ability to carry these through to proof of concept
