Company Overview:

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The responsibilities encompassed by this pivotal role are elaborately detailed in the attached job description.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in chemistry or a related field, or hold the prestigious SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science. A minimum of three years' experience in formulating hair, skin, and personal care products, coupled with expertise in navigating active ingredients from conception to full-scale production, is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and legal compliance is also essential.

Key Skills:

Apart from technical prowess, strong interpersonal and communication skills are paramount. The successful candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for initiating and nurturing industry relationships, thereby fostering a broad network within the sector.

Location and Travel:

While the role offers flexibility with remote work, periodic attendance at our office in Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6JG, and travel within the UK and internationally is required. Details regarding remote work arrangements and office visits will be discussed further, tailored to the candidate's geographical base.

Requirements:

Given the nature of the role, a full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are prerequisites. To facilitate travel, we offer a competitive car allowance, with business mileage reimbursed at HMRC rates. A valid passport is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive package ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, commensurate with experience and individual competency. Additionally, we provide a £6,000 annual car allowance and a £500 annual business dress allowance.
