A leading food manufacturer in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager to join their production facility just north of Melton Mowbray. This is a key management role, responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 30 engineers and support personnel across 2 sites. The successful candidate will use their expertise to drive production efficiency, control costs, maintain quality standards, and foster team development. You will work closely with the various Operations Managers in the SLT and have the potential to be hands on with knowledge for the team if any major critical breakdowns occur. Ideally you will hold electrical qualifications so you can be the Duty Holder and advise the teams where required on electrical Regulations.
