SYR are now in our fourth year and are recognised as a leader in the field of shoreside yachting industry recruitment. Working with many of the most respected names in our market we have built an enviable reputation when it comes to sourcing some of the best talent in yachting for our valued client base

As part of our growth plans we're looking to recruit an individual in the role of Recruitment Resourcer, tasked with identifying and onboarding the best talented from across the industry and working with our recruitment consultants to place them in exciting new roles.

The role will see you use your strong relationship building skills to network and connect through phone calls, social media, job sites and at a host of in-person events with your aim being to identify suitably experienced candidates for both current and future roles.

Using our high-powered CRM database, you'll be able to accurately capture important data on candidates, allocating them correctly and working closely with your colleagues to identify opportunities that could suit them and driving towards successful placements.

SYR are currently a fully remote business and as such are open to looking at a candidate either in the UK or abroad (South of France, Spain, Balearics are all desirable locations). We provide a wealth of tools to assist you in your candidate sourcing mission including phone and laptop, access to a variety of job sites and of course we actively encourage you to attend yacht shows and events across Europe to build your network.

We offer a strong earnings package of basic plus commission, as well as private healthcare and critical illness cover, flexible working and an annual bonus scheme. Expect earnings in your first year of £35-40,000 with unlimited growth potential

In our next Recruitment Resourcer we are looking for someone who has both excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge and understanding of the yachting world. Perhaps you're ex-crew or have worked in a design studio or shipyard butare keen to move into a more commercial role?
