VMA GROUP, and Jack Pascoe are working closely with an exciting client based in Farnborough, who are seeking a Digital Design Executive, the role is an important cog in the marketing & communications team. The successful candidate will deliver digital content that showcases the brand, company priorities and culture through high-quality digital content that informs, educates and inspires our client’s audiences.

The Digital Design Executive will be responsible for producing content from graphics and/or marketing materials as well as the creation of animations and video editing to produce high quality digital assets that convey our client’s messages effectively.

The successful candidate will need to ensure activities support the company goals, the marketing and communications strategy and contribute positively to the reputation with its key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the marketing and communications strategy by developing creative content that highlights the brand, company priorities, and personality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from briefing through to design and production, introducing innovative creative ideas when necessary.
  • Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve creative processes.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand designs, providing feedback and approving artwork for production.
  • Serve as the account manager for the media library, overseeing its overall operation.
  • Assume all design and production responsibilities within the design function in the absence of the Senior Design Manager.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of collateral materials and merchandise for internal teams.
  • Participate in meetings to ensure brand alignment with external partner requirements.
  • Create compelling motion graphics for both internal and external audiences.

  • Great collaborator and team player, with the ability to work alongside a variety of stakeholders – from junior to senior – to achieve objectives
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion to remain on the pulse of the latest trends and new technologies
  • Self-starter – desire to always improve our creative communications and keen to go above and beyond to drive the best outcomes

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience in industry
  • Graphic design degree desirable
  • Experience of managing external agencies, contractors, designers and content producers
  • Experienced in After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Good knowledge of either Blender/C4D or 3ds max
  • Good knowledge in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to create 3D models from a loose reference if needed, or ability to tidy up imported CAD models
