Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will hold a key role within the PMO function within a fast paced, exciting, and growing company (45% year-on-year for the past 3 years). We need you to manage projects in a precise and effective manner, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are satisfied. This role brings multiple functions together to successfully deliver demanding, sometimes complex, and often time-hungry projects. This role will be based in our Milton Keynes Head Office.
You will work with our clients to deliver a best-in-class service.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that the project meets their needs
Manage third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure that they deliver on their commitments and meet our quality standards
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Keep all project board updated and maintained
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's project management methodology
Coach and mentor less experienced project managers and project team members
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
Strong skills in Business Stakeholder Management, 3rd Party Vendor Management
Experience delivering a range of IT related projects, Applications and Infrastructure
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
Experience using PMO tools i.e. MS Projects, Monday, Smartsheets
Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
Be highly collaborative with the wider delivery team, management structure and business leaders.
