Client
A Top 60 UK law firm where you will be given the opportunity to develop a real specialism in the agriculture sector within a growing nationally recognised team.

Role
  • Good quality work in all types of transactional matters including sales, purchases, and mortgages.
  • Advise clients on estate management, agricultural tenancies and tax and succession planning.
  • Work closely with the Private Client team to provide a wraparound services for clients
  • Act for some of the largest landowners in the country,
  • Be part of a market leading Agriculture and Estates team

You

  • NQ-4 years PQEwith a passion for the agricultural industry, and some exposure to rural property work previously.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Demonstrates teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
