XQ Recruitment Group are expanding operations into the Procurement, Supply Chain and HR space with the launch of XQ Procurement. This expansion presents a unique opportunity to diversify the group's services, capturing new markets and influencing growth across different business functions.

As a Director of XQ Procurement, your role will involve various responsibilities related to the establishment, management and growth of XQs new Procurement & HR operation.

The role

Your role as Director is to drive the success and expansion of XQ Procurement.
You will provide strategic direction and vision for XQ Procurement, setting clear financial goals and objectives.
You will take personal responsibility carrying out all tasks required to build and establish a new recruitment agency. Including: effectively managing the 360-recruitment process, driving business development and managing all internal hiring.

Candidate Profile

A high-level of agency recruitment experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing or HR (executive or senior-level positions with leadership responsibilities is essential).
You will possess a robust professional network within the Procurement/HR industry, with strong relationships across clients and candidates.
It is essential that you have a strong track record achieving financial targets and driving profitability. Experience in managing team Profit & Loss (P&L) and financial performance of a business unit or department within the Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or HR Recruitment is essential.
Experience developing and managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and controlling costs to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
A solid understanding of business fundamentals, including financial metrics, market dynamics and the organisational objectives of a successful recruitment agency.

Your primary focus as a Director will be driving growth and innovation within XQ Procurement. This allows you to devote your time, energy, and resources to expanding the company's market presence, launching new initiatives, and delivering value to clients without the distractions or constraints of fundraising activities.
