Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant focused on manufacturing and engineering, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a deep understanding of the manufacturing and engineering industries to identify key skill sets and talent needs.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and deliver tailored solutions

• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing highly qualified candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals

• Proactively engaging with the local manufacturing and engineering community to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on quality and efficiency.
