Data Engineer

Location: London - 3x in Office /week

Salary: up to £60,000

A leading provider of flexible workspaces is seeking a Data Engineer to drive business value through data insights and reporting solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting data platforms, enabling long-term strategic and operational decision-making. The company operates over 70 premium workspaces, offering modern businesses flexibility, top-tier amenities, and a commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Data Architect and Insights team to shape and implement the company’s data and information delivery platform.
  • Manage data projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee the logical and technical architecture for business insights, reporting, and application delivery.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for business applications and reporting technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to apply the latest data engineering solutions and process changes to enhance business efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Data Platform (Data Factory, SQL Server, Data Lakes)
  • Proficient in Azure Data Integration (Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
  • Strong SQL, Power BI (DAX/Power Query), Python, and Jupyter skills
  • Experience integrating systems using REST/OData APIs
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, prioritize, design, and implement effective data solutions.
