We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, mentoring and leading other developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical developments with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills and a passion for staying updated on new technologies and industry trends .

Responsibilities

Design and Implementation: ?Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.

Mentorship and Leadership: ?Mentor and lead other developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

C

ollaboration: ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to align technical developments with business goals.

Technology Research: ?Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our projects and recommending adoption where appropriate.

Coding Standards:? Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed throughout the development process, maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

Requirements

Experience:? 5+ years in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex solutions. Technical Skills:

Ability to use programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Typescript as well as experience with modern development frameworks and tools. Contributing to and organizing projects in terms of architecture and planning of development tasks. Having a test first mindset. Proactively recommending and leading improvements to the development lifecycle. Collaborate to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Proven leadership:? Lead, motivate, and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential. Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Set the professional standard for deliverables, behaviours and outcomes. Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to team members and address underperformance. Experience to work colaboratively, leading pairing and mobbing sessions

keeping everyone engaged in these sessions. Communication:

?Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
