Description

Oversee procurement and supply chain operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address supply chain issues.
Lead, manage and develop the supply chain team.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular supply chain performance reviews.
Coordinate with finance to set budgets and monitor costs.Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the retail industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
