We are currently 1,100 people headquartered in the UK with global offices in the US, EU, JAPAC and South Africa. Please note this role can be located anywhere in the UK but will require travel to our London and Weybridge sites.
We currently have an exciting opportunity seeking a VP of RWD someone who is operational, commercial, client facing and a natural leader. This is a senior commercial role within the Clinigen Managed Access (MA) leadership team, having responsibility for designing and building the capability for Real World Data for MA. Strategy and Planning
This spans client advisory activities through to full analysis packages
Build a strong link with Business Development to ensure we are building a strong pipeline
Design and enable the RWE platform in conjunction with IT and Digital teams such that it meets and exceeds the clients expectations
Proactively input into the BU goals, strategy and direction to deliver FPP and annual budgets aligned to the Group’s long-term strategy
Coach, lead and develop the team including direct and indirect reports to inspire and motivate a high level of performance
Identify top talent and ensure there is a plan in place to retain them, keep them engaged and maximize their potential.
Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical services industry
Experience in building data offerings in pharmaceutical services
A confident people manager, with experience in managing global teams and remote employees
Experience in motivating and coaching individuals to create high-performing teams
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate effectively on projects with mutually beneficial outcomes
