We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor/Electrical Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team based in Ipswich. As a prominent player in the electrical contracting industry, we specialise in delivering high-quality electrical solutions for commercial projects. If you have a proven track record of pricing projects, overseeing work, and managing subcontractors, this is an excellent opportunity for you to take your career to the next level.
Pricing projects accurately and competitively, considering labour, materials, and equipment costs.
Overseeing electrical works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and project timelines.
Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and communication.
Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving technical issues, and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporating them into project planning and execution.
Experience in electrical supervision or electrical contracts management within the commercial construction sector.
Proven track record in pricing projects and managing electrical works on commercial projects.
Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Proficient in using electrical estimating software and project management tools.
Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
Valid driving licence.
