Assisting the sales team with gathering information prior to quoting, and ensuring they are well informed with client requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Visit sites to take measurements and assess materials prior to sales quotations. Booking single/multiple jobs into the Installation Schedule Liaising with installers, clients and Commercial Office Account Managers. Identifying job specific fixings/necessary tools. Booking site specific access equipment. Assist with preparation of Risk Assessment/Method Statements (RAMS). Requirement to attend sites to either deliver signage or assist with Skills and Requirements: Experience in the construction or signage sector Well organised with good document control Able to read and interpret construction drawings Site leadership training course SSSTS or SMSTS Microsoft Office and Excel experience. Good communication skills, happy to speak to clients. Clear and precise decision making. Ability to work calmly and logically under pressure.
