Position Overview:
I am seeking a talented and passionate Product Developer to join my client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, culinary arts, and product development. They will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing new food products to market, while also optimizing existing products for improved taste, texture, and nutritional value.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and operations to develop innovative food products that align with market trends and consumer preferences.
Conduct research on ingredients, flavors, and food processing techniques to enhance product quality and taste.
Formulate recipes, conduct bench-scale trials, and oversee pilot plant production to scale up new product concepts.
Perform sensory evaluations and consumer testing to gather feedback and iterate on product formulations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and food safety standards throughout the product development process.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
