Despatch Operative (Forklift Driver)
Wehave an exciting opportunity for aDespatch Operative, with Forklift Truck duties,to join our team atAgrial Fresh FarmsinColchester. You will be key in supplying the freshest salad leaves to market across the UK.
This role will use a Forklift Truck to move freshly harvested produce from our farm and into cold storage, before then loading the produce onto trucks to export the produce to our manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a desire to manage and be responsible for their own area, as well as a goal to develop into a role with more than just Forklift duties. 44 per hour.
Use of a Forklift Truck to load, unload, and store pallets of produce in both storage and onto trucks.
Keeping produce refrigerated and kept fresh.

Agrial Fresh Farms is one of four UK based sites within Agrial Fresh Produce, which is an autonomous part of the larger 22,000 employee strong French co-operative group, Agrial.
Our Agrial Fresh Farms site is an integrated farming operation based in Colchester, Essex. The salad farm provides baby leaf year-round to the UK, grown in polytunnels, and whole head and outdoor crops throughout the summer. The produce is supplied into our UK sites for processing and distribution.
The business operates mainly under it's recognisable Florette salad brand and we are one of the UKs leading producers in the industry. Under the well-known Florette brand, our site processes and distributes pre-packed, ready to eat, fresh salad bags and bowls to some of the UK's most well-known supermarkets and retailers, as well as your favourite restaurants and fast food vendors.
