Your New Opportunity This role is all about offering support to our Print sales teams, by completing administration tasks and speaking directly with customers. Manage order and processing tasks, including receiving purchase orders, handling quote requests, and coordinating with account managers for accurate processing.
Generate and distribute daily sales reports, maintain the call statistics tracker, sharing detailed call performance data with account managers biweekly.
Coordinate returns processes with customer service, follow proper protocols and monitor freight adjustments to recover overcharges, ensuring efficient handling and financial accuracy.
