Job Description

Title: Head of Cloud Platform Architecture

About theCompany:

About theRole:

As the Head ofCloud Platform Architecture, focusing primarily on Azure, you will play apivotal role in shaping our cloud architecture strategy and ensuring itsalignment with the broader business objectives. You will be responsible for thedesign, implementation, and management of our Azure cloud environments, drivinginnovation and ensuring technical excellence across all cloud operations.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

· Develop and executeAzure-focused cloud platform strategy aligned with business goals.

· Evaluate and integrate Azuretechnologies to enhance cloud services.

· Design scalable, secure Azurecloud architectures optimized for performance and cost.

· Lead and mentor cloudarchitects, fostering technical excellence.

· Drive team development in Azuretechnologies and best practices.

· Stay updated on Azuredevelopments and experiment with new solutions.

· Ensure reliability,scalability, and security of Azure infrastructures.

· Collaborate with business unitsto deliver Azure cloud solutions.

· Communicate cloud architecturedecisions effectively across the organization.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

· A strong background in softwaredevelopment and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

· Experience with implementingand managing DevOps practices on Azure.

· Familiarity with regulatorycompliance and data security standards relevant to Azure.

Certifications:

· Professional certifications inAzure architecture, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions ArchitectExpert.

Experience:

· Minimum of 10 years intechnology with a focus on cloud computing, including at least 5 years ofhands-on experience with Azure architecture and cloud solution design.

· Demonstrated experience leadingcloud transformation projects with a strategic leadership role in architecture.

· Deep expertise in Azureservices and architecture, including but not limited to Azure Compute, AzureNetworking, and Azure Security.

· Strong ability to design andimplement enterprise-level cloud architecture.

· Excellent leadership skills,with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of technical professionals.

· Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive complex projects tocompletion.

· Excellent communication skills,capable of effectively articulating technical vision, possibilities, andoutcomes to both technical and non-technical partners.
