Job Overview: aap3 are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with expertise in networks and collaboration/video conferencing technology.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality, high-value documentation for corporate consulting clients. This role requires the ability to design and develop templates and deliver comprehensive documentation that meets the strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for aap3's networking and collaboration/video conferencing products and solutions.
Create templates that streamline the documentation process and ensure consistency across all materials.
Work closely with technical teams to gather the necessary information to produce accurate and detailed documents.
Deliver high-quality documentation that meets the needs of corporate consulting clients, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and technical accuracy.
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
Travel to client sites in Belgium and other countries as needed to gather information and provide on-site documentation support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the technology industry, with a focus on networks and collaboration/video conferencing technology.
Strong experience in creating templates and delivering high-quality documentation to corporate clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in documentation tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Security clearance would be ideal but not essential
