It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. 2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor / Second Charge key responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on second charge mortgages
  • Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
  • Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
  • Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
  • Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
