He/she is responsible for the sales targets and contribution margins of the market(s) he/she manages. In his/her market, he/she is responsible for the implementation of the Natuzzi retail operating model, the complete management of the directs operating stores (DOS) and franchising stores (FOS) in accordance with the brand standards, the monitoring of the performance (quantitative and qualitative) of the stores and sales staff through a KPI digitalied system, as well as the P&L of the stores.
Sales Budget / Store P&L
He/she is fully responsible for achieving sales objectives and P&L target (store EBIT) set by the Chief Commercial Officer for all DOS and the franchise network under his/her responsibility.
He/she will share monthly sales targets with the store manager and check that all teams are aware of them.
Together with the store manager, he/she regularly analyses the performance of each store according to the defined KPIs.
He/she regularly analyses sales performance by customer type and profile, as well as by territory.
He/she works with the Country Manager to set sales targets and defines action plans for which the Store Manager will take full responsibility.
He/she communicates Natuzzi's values and management style to the team of Store Managers
He/she Guides and manages each Store Manager through ongoing coaching and training activities , by providing constant feedback
He/she is responsible for the assessment of each individual in his/her team (Store Manager e Sales Consultants), defining both growth plans and replacement needs in addition to training needs
He oversees, in collaboration with the store manager, the i nduction plan for new employees.
He/she checks monthly rotas to ensure each store has the correct coverage
He/she will supervise the holiday planning in accordance with the handbook employee and guarantee the complete disposal.
He/she is responsabile, in collaboration with the training department, for the training of store managers and the ongoing review of the learning of all teams under his responsibility
He/she promotes and verifies the execution of customer management activities in each store in cooperation with the Store Managers or Franchisee:

· In store communication
He is responsible for ensuring that all teams deliver an exceptional customer experience that fully reflects the brand image, providing feedback to the regional and corporate team in order to improve business strategy
He/She contributes to the definition of the store opening , closing, refitting and repositioning plan, supported by detailed analyses (e.g. Store operations
He/She visits monthly all managed FOS stores and more frequently DOS stores on a regular basis to review their management to ensure continuous performance improvement to meet brand standand.
He/she ensures that store image and visual displays comply with Visual / Retail Merchandising policies, procedures and supporting manuals using the relevant checklists on CRM.
He/She supports, in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising and the Retail Operations depts, the management of re-merchandising, stock management and disposal activities.
He/she supports the management of communication campaigns and/or in-store events in collaboration with the Marketing Department, monitoring and reporting the results of each campaign to the Country Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Marketing Manager.
