As a key player in this thriving agency, you'll orchestrate sophisticated property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and cultivate lasting relationships with discerning clients. Responsibilities
  • Prepare meticulously for property viewings, showcasing the distinctive features of each rental property.
  • Skilfully negotiate rental terms and secure instructions with landlords during valuations.
  • Professionally negotiate offers and upselling opportunities for interested applicants.
  • Maintain crucial attention to detail in managing all paperwork and documentation related to lettings.
  • Provide personalised updates and feedback to discerning landlords and tenants throughout the letting process.
  • Stay abreast of trends in the rental market to offer informed guidance to clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, proactivity, and adaptability in the dynamic realm of property lettings.
Skills & Attributes
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator position.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
  • Familiarity with the Hoddesdon/Hertfordshire property market.
  • Previous experience generating and conducting lettings valuations.
  • Possess the ability to network within the local market and promote the companys services to prospective clients & customers.
  • Rapid resolution of customer issues to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Proficient collaboration skills, effective in dynamic team settings.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
  • Customer-focused mindset with meticulous attention to process detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Hours of Work
  • 9am 6.00pm
  • Monday Friday
  • Possible occasional Saturday working (to be negotiated)
