We are seeking a talented and dedicated Bar Manager to join our team and bring their expertise to our establishment. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff to maintain high service standards and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain a diverse selection of beverages, including a well-curated wine list, craft beers, and creative cocktails.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and restaurant.
- Take ownership of the bar's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development among staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of bar operations and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of various beverages, including spirits, wines, and cocktails.
