What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high quality
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update menus

What you bring:  

  • Proven experience in a culinary role, with supervisory skills
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Excellent organisation and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences

  • Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 20:30
  • £13.00 per hour + Sodexo Benefits.
