WHAT TO EXPECT
This Group Product Owner plays a pivotal role in advancing our Propulsion Controls department and will be instrumental in the delivery of new and updated traction modules into our latest vehicle lines. As a leadership role, you'll be ensuring your team delivers control hardware, software and calibration.

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of interacting with key stakeholders in Propulsion and across the business to define the product requirements and deliverables along with collaborating with Agile Chapter Leads and fostering a culture of succes within your own team.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical programme delivery of Traction Controls HW, SW and calibration
Project tracking and escalation using JLR Metrics (AIMS2/3, RMDV, ITP, DV tracking – training will be provided if needed)
Managing suppliers, and managing against budgets
Driving common processes across the team to manage the integration activity
Alignment with related groups and Chapters across the JLR Engineering and wider organisation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Ability to deliver Calibration and Controls Projects
Proven ability to build strong, valuable relationships at all levels of the business Excellent knowledge of Propulsion / Powertrain Systems
Experienced in project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
Experience of key SW and cyber legislation (e.g. ISO26262, UNECE155/6, ASPICE)
Experienced in project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
