As a Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growing our healthcare staffing services in the Southeast, ensuring smooth operations and delivering results. Driving business growth in temporary healthcare recruitment and becoming the go-to provider for healthcare staffing in your region.
Developing new client relationships through proactive business development.
Leading and motivating a team , building a high-performance culture that celebrates success.
Monitoring key metrics to ensure targets are met and implementing improvements where necessary.
Hands-on leadership , guiding the team by example and fostering strong collaboration.
To excel as a Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager, you'll need:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment & staffing .
Strong sales and business development skills, with a history of delivering growth.
