Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Malta Inn's performance. You'll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take full ownership of the site's operations during this pivotal period. What You'll Be Doing Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team. Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention. Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities. Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site's P&L. Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals. Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail. Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with pride. Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations. Why You?
