Principal Resourcing are working alongside a high school in York to appoint a Progress Leader for an immediate start. The school require a Progress Leader to work full-time on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate must have pastoral experience. The role will involve providing both pastoral and academic support to a designated cohort of students, ensuring good behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning.

Candidate requirements:

* A full and relevant qualification and experience

* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.

* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.

* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.

* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
