Senior Children's Registered Manager

An established complex care home situated in Redhill, Surrey, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large care homes and demonstrate a strong commitment to developing and empowering their staff team.Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the complex care home, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Leading a diverse team of care professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in care delivery.
Directing the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to meet residents' unique needs.
Managing budgets, resources, and staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high standards of care.
Cultivating positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, advocating for their well-being and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a large care home environment, demonstrating a track record of achieving compliance and delivering high-quality care.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards shared goals.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing care services, coupled with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
