EMIR Refit

If you are an experienced Regulatory Consultant, we have a new contract role we'd like to discuss with you. Please note this role has been deemed inside IR35. The contract is for nine months initially and will require onsite attendance in Cheshire 3 days per week. Responsibilities:

1. Work with technology, change and operations to co-ordinate, plan and oversee the execution of testing for regulatory change (EMIR Refit (EU/UK), ASIC & MAS Rewrites etc.).
2. Design detailed test scripts and scenarios.
3. Assist with test execution tasks, including booking test trades in the relevant source systems and checking-out results.

1. Capital markets knowledge, including derivatives product experience.
2. Experience working with different trading systems and architecture and using JIRA.
3. Trade & Transaction Reporting knowledge preferred but not essential if the derivatives product knowledge is there.
4. Experience working on complex change (preferable T&TR, but not essential), particularly with a focus on designing and executing testing.
