Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will process and track all warranty claims, process claims and the return shipment of warranty repairs within the required timeframes whilst working with head office in Adelaide. Prepare, submit and monitor warranty claims to factory
Liaising with factory overseas to discuss/dispute claim outcomes
Updating databases
Quality control reporting
Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience
Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel.
Mining Background and/or Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
Established Customer Relationship Management experience.
Ability to work to deadlines in line with project scope and expected production timeframes.
Proficient computer skills including the suite of Microsoft Programs
