Assist in creating and maintaining a supportive, structured learning environment. Work closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to deliver individualized education plans. Support students' academic and social development through one-on-one and group activities. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring each child's needs are met.Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant: Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with children with Autism, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting SEN students. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the classroom environment.
