Our client is looking to add a Handyperson/Fabric Technician to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.
The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.
To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns.
Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyperson duties.
Experience of working in a commercial environment
