As a Director in our Insurance practice, you will have proven your delivery track record across Insurance ( Commercial or London Markets), and be driven to build steady relationships across to provide value to our current and new clients.
You will be ready for the challenge of helping to build a Insurance portfolio for the Invent brand, bringing your network and content credibility to bear. You will be typically partnering across one or more accounts and will lead on one or two.
As a leader in the Invent Insurance team, you will form a team and provide that thought leadership to drive and grow the team.
No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.
As a Director in the business you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Manage and grow one or more Invent Insurance accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio
Pick up a specific area of Insurance know-how and become the go to focal point for it
Help the Insurance leadership to drive aggressive recruitment in the marketplace
Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Experience of proposition building and delivery within the Insurance sector
