The Fitness Manager will lead the Active Spaces Fitness Team to provide a first class, innovative fitness programme for our clients on-site employees in-line the fitness and wellbeing strategy for Westfield Health.

You will be responsible for leading a passionate team of fitness professionals.
Planning, implementation and continued development of the fitness programme.
Delivering a program of onsite, 1-1 personal training sessions and group classes at all levels.
Working as part of the management team to ensure a best-in-class service lead facility for all Active Space users.
Currently hold an industry certificate such as Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
REPS or CIMSPA accredited Level 3 Personal Training or Sports Science degree
Previous experience of working in a large fitness facility, ideally within a corporate environment.
Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on improving technique and ability.
A self-starter with strong planning and organising abilities.
A passion and ethos for helping others with their health and wellbeing.
A flexible approach.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and other related products.
