Junior Geologist

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen, with a clear pathway for career advancement within our organization.
Lead and manage geological exploration projects from conception to development stage, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Design and implement exploration programs, including geological mapping, geophysical surveys, drilling campaigns, and data analysis.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior geologists and field staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a track record of successful project management and resource discovery.
Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and other relevant geological modeling tools.
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning, with a keen understanding of financial metrics and business fundamentals.
