Caretaker immediately Required for a Temporary 3 Month post with Our Client a Bangor based Educational Organisation. Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below. Duties within the role working as part of a Team of staff will include. Security / Opening and Closing of Buildings/ Portering/ Cleaning and General Building Maintenance. Applicants will be expected to have had experience of Working in a Caretaker/ Security or Portering role. And be available for the duration of the 3 month post. Hours are worked on a rota basis and include 7am-3pm and 3pm to 10pm. Pay rate £11.75 per hour. Based on a 36 hour Working Week. Access To Transport Essential in this role.
