We develop market-leading concepts, as well as individual and scalable solutions throughout the entire value chain of the production process, from the design phase, industrialization, production and after-sales. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Cologne (Germany).

We are looking for experienced Prototype Automotive Electricians to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers. Responsible for manufacture, test, commission and install a wide range of electrical installations such as wiring harnesses, panels, instrumentation to the prototype vehicles
• Supporting a wide range of electrical/instrumentation with various unit under tests (UUT’s) utilising an array of electrical equipment, wiring and sensors.
• Diagnose electrical problems including fault-finding, rewiring and monitoring across the test field.
• Responsible for service, calibration, inspection and inventory management of wiring, sensors, and measurement equipment.
• Responsible for the Instrumentation function dismantling, building and adding the Instrumentation points to the vehicle parts.
• Conducting welding, silver soldering and fabricating the vehicle parts
• Contribute to the design, development and documentation of electrical installations across the Test Field
• Qualified in Level 3 in Electrical or Motor Vehicle Engineering
• PHEV qualified (IMI level 2 minimum)
• Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
• Proven previous experience as an automotive electrician with mechanical
• Previous proven experience with welding, Soldering and machining and fabrication skills.
• Previous proven working experience with EV and PHEV Vehicles at Prototype
• Proven experience with a wide range of small-scale cable and connector types
• Be able to resolve faults based on electrical drawings and schematics.
• Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
• Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
