Our clients operate in highly regulated industries and therefore the service they offer must be professional at all times. In addition to your specific duties and responsibilities you must always represent the company in the best possible light in order to help secure repeat business opportunities.

Based in the Rochdale office your line manager will be the Engineering Director, however you will support teams which are led by Project Managers. Working as part of the Engineering/Construction team, you will provide support to a wide range of people including Project Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
Manage and control of project documents.
Manage the project Document Management System, including loading and issuing of drawings and documents.
Create documents in various programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Purchasing support, including raising of orders, control of purchase ledger invoices including expediting, approval and completion of payment certificates
As some of our clients systems and software are bespoke to what we do; training will be given in all aspects of the role, however a good level of general competency is required, which should be but not limited to the below.

Experience with construction industry Document Management and Project Management Systems i.e. 4P, SharePoint etc
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Be able to generate clear information of a high quality.
