Temporary Scheme Manager

We are currently recruiting a scheme manager for a retirement living scheme based in Handforth, Cheshire. This is initially a temporary role for 10 weeks with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Working alongside the Retirement Living Coordinator, you will deliver high quality Retirement Living scheme services, ensuring that excellent customer service is achieved, performance is maximised and that all activity supports the achievement of the Groups vision/PFI Contracts and is reflective of older people's aspirations.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday 9-5pm on site, and you will require an Enhanced DBS.
You must have the ability to work alone and manage your own workload. An effective communicator who can effectively communicate with members of the public, especially older people, in an empathetic manner, and provide information in a clear and understandable manner. You must have previous experience of managing older people's housing services or schemes, and you will have managed people, and have knowledge of housing legislation. A competitive rate of pay, along with the support of an experienced RLS coordinator, and you will also have the opportunity of a temp to perm role.
