Company Description

NUMA is a CQC registered clinic in London, United Kingdom, offering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) run by a highly qualified team using specialized chambers. NUMA offers a medical consultant-led service with a face-to-face assessment to determine the suitability of HBOT for each patient based on their individual medical history and latest clinical research.

In this role, you will be expected to: 

  • Research medical information for content creation.
  • Write compelling and informative content for different platforms, including print and digital media.
  • Develop content for various marketing materials such as blogs, articles, press releases, ads, and website copy.
  • Proofread, revise, and update content for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Generate creative ideas for content that align with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of teams, such as marketing, design, and medical experts, is crucial to ensuring the precision and impact of content.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and industry advancements to include current information in the content.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure uniformity in brand representation, style, and coherent communication throughout all materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and credibility of all medical content produced. Use appropriate sources when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical writing, life sciences, journalism, English, or related disciplines)
  • Proven experience as a medical writer, content writer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to research and present complex medical topics in an accessible manner
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise content for various audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in creating SEO optimized content
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
