Manager - Product Manager

We are in search of a proactive Senior Product Manager with a solid background in the fitness, health, or wellbeing sectors. This crucial role involves working in close partnership with the founders to bring their vision and strategy to life, leading the development and execution of the product roadmap, and ensuring the creation and delivery of high-value user stories. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, skilled in navigating the intricacies of product development whilst ensuring customer input and feedback is central to the evolution of the product.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
Create a collaborative relationship with the development team and the head of engineering to streamline the product development process.
Maintain close connections with the customer support team to ensure customer insights are effectively incorporated into product development.
Collaborate with our Product Designer to ensure that we deliver a best in class user experience.
Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, integrating market research, customer focus groups, and competitive analysis.
Work closely with Engineering, Content Creation, Video Production, and Digital Marketing teams to align product development with content strategy and user engagement goals.
Liaise with Customer Support and Community Management teams to gather user feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.
Leverage user analytics, feedback, and other data to understand user needs and behaviours and to inform product decisions.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
Monitor product performance and user interaction using analytics tools.
Optimise the product based on data-driven insights, ensuring continual improvement in user experience and business outcomes.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and the wider CGX community.
Proficiency in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in user research and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and delivery management.
Competency in conducting extensive market research and leading customer focus groups.
