This new opening restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team and launch the business with a bang If you are a hospitality professional with a proven track record of success, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you Exciting and diverse Restaurant group, renowned for its exquisite culinary offerings, ambience, and unparalleled customer service. The Group prides itself on providing a dining experience that exceeds expectations, making a great destination for food enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to uphold the standards of service and hospitality. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement. Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency. Foster positive relationships with suppliers, staff, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards. Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Knowledge of industry trends, multiple cuisines, market analysis, and competitor activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
