Data Administrator

Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Data Administrator to join our team. This role is a vital link between our customers and third-party instruments and suppliers, ensuring the delivery of top-quality customer experience services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data within our customer relationship management systems and performing essential back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering top-quality customer experience services to our customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Maintaining high-quality data within our customer relationship management systems.
- Acting as the direct link between our customers, third-party instruments, and suppliers.
- Performing essential back-office tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP.
- Experience in a data administration position.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer and supplier interactions.
