We are a retail furniture store that was established in 2019. We specialise in selling luxury affordable furniture. We have a showroom in a prime location in one of the busiest roads towards Manchester City Centre.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics. This is a hybrid role which will include customer support Such as dealing with customers from social media leads and web leads via work phone, social media channels or in person instore. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will be focused on digital marketing mainly, Saturday will be hybrid from digital marketing and delaing with customers instore as weekends are the busiest days for store as it is a retail business.
Monday-wednesday 10:30-18:30
Saturday 10:30-18:00
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Using Shopify you must have experience and able to use the software to update and add products.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences
- Assist with website maintenance and updates using Shopfiy or other content management systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
-Photographing products in our studio and using adobephotoshop and other softwares to watermark and edit for them to be posted on our website and social media channels.
-using work phone to reply to messages and leads gained from social media campaigns and website campaigns.
- during busier days such as Saturday, stepping up and helping to deal with customers instore to help assist in their purchase of furniture.
-content creation on a daily basis. Once a day creating stories and scheduling posts using softwares.
-Occasional use of Microsoft tools to create brochures, spreadsheets of items.
-occasion use of graphic designing to design brochures, template slideshow for website, banners for sale prices of products online.
-occasion use of graphic designing to create workwear logos, shop banners, van printing etc.
Proven experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
- Proficiency in Shopify or other content management systems
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Tiktok and other online advertising platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
